Where I'm playing next, and which band I'm playing it with. Public shows list the venue and the start time, so you can come out and hear the band before you book it. Private bookings (weddings, corporate parties) show the date and the band only. Somebody else's wedding isn't mine to advertise.
If a date you want is already taken, call anyway. I run three bands and play in several others, and a night that's booked for one line-up can often be covered by another.

The bands
Suits Big Band is the wedding and event band: horns, rhythm section, and a book that runs from Sinatra through Motown to whatever the couple asks for. Fast Travel plays video game music arranged for a live horn band, with the game footage running behind it. Suits Jazz Combo is the small group for dinner service, cocktail hours and rooms that want music people can talk over.
You'll also find me on other people's stages around Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, playing saxophone, flute or clarinet as a sideman. Those dates are listed here too, under the band whose gig it is.
Booking a date
Booking runs through me directly. There's no agency in the middle and no booking form to fill in. Call or email with the date, the venue, roughly how long you need the band and what kind of room it is, and you'll get a straight quote back. Wedding dates in May, June, September and October go early, so the further ahead you ask, the more likely the date is still open.
For lessons, masterclasses and horn charts, the rates are published on the pricing page and none of that depends on this calendar.
